Recommended dose :
For people with a body weight of up to 80 kg, take 1 scoop (5.7 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity, for people between 80 kg and 100 kg body weight take 2 scoops (11.4 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and for people weighing more than 100 kg of body weight, take 2 scoops (11.4 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and 1 scoop (5.7 g) 2 hours later. Take with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily daily dose.
