Ours comes from the chestnut forests of Galicia. Its color is amber, but gets darker and includes greenish tones depending on how much honeydew it contains. Is has a slightly bitter taste and a strong flower and wood aroma. It is a good source of minerals and is traditionally used in circulatory disorders.
