Orange thyme soothes a dry cough and gently encourages expectoration.
It is important to distinguish the different chemotypes (qt. or ct.) of thyme. Depending on the habitat (climate, sun, altitude,...), plants of this specific botanical species produce essential oils with very different compositions.
Orange thyme or linalol thyme oil is softer than red thyme oil. It promotes a general feeling of strength and increases endurance. In diffusion, it has a softening effect on the respiratory tract. This oil can be used in diffusion in children from 3 years.
Use
Oral use: 1 drop per serving, max. 3 drops per day.
Other times of use
