It is a plant native to India, a soluble fiber derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata also known as psyllium. Psyllium is rich in fiber (soluble). Due to its excellent water solubility, psyllium can absorb liquid and become a thick, viscous compound that resists digestion in the small intestine. How to use: Dissolve 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee (5 / 10g) once a day, in a glass of water or juice. Consume immediately to prevent the mixture from gelatinizing.
