Preparation:

Pour 3 tablespoons (approx.30g) into 200ml of cold or hot semi-skimmed milk.
Stir until completely dissolved.

If not consumed at the time of preparation, store in the refrigerator a maximum of 24 hours. If desired, it can also be prepared with water.

Recommended quantity:

1 to 3 servings a day (3 to 9 tablespoons) depending on nutritional needs.
