Add an anise star (approx. 1 g) to a cup of boiling water (200 ml.). Remove from heat, cover, let stand 5 minutes and filter. Take the following quantities of this infusion after the main meals. Adults: 1 cup of infusion. Children from 6 to 12 years old: ½ cup of infusion. Children from 2 to 6 years old: 4 tablespoons of infusion, either directly or dissolved in a little water. Infants and children under 2 years: 1 tablespoon of the infusion, either directly or dissolved in water, in a glass or bottle. Important: in infants or children under 2 years of age, never exceed the recommended amounts. One tablespoon equals approximately 10ml.
