Solgar Epa GLA Pearls

Solgar® EPA/GLA softgels contain the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, in addition to GLA. Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids.

They are called essential because the body is not capable of producing them on its own.

Solgar® EPA/GLA contains the most important types of omega 3, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

They are usually found in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon.

GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), which is also included in this formula, is obtained from borage seed oil.

Borage, also known in English as starflower, is a plant commonly found in Asia, North Africa, and Europe.
