All mushrooms used, including oyster, maitake and shiitake mushrooms, contain bioactive substances, polysaccharides and polypeptides. Recommended daily dose 1 capsule 2 times a day before meals. The capsule is taken whole with a glass of water or can be broken and its contents poured into food or water. The preparation can be taken long term as needed.
