How can I return an item?

Products may be returned in their original condition within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt.

Products may not have been used so that its value is reduced or harmed see.

The returned product must be in the original condition of the manufacturer, ie in the same box of origin or sealed, and inside another bag or box so that the carrier does not affix labels on the product.

Any anomaly or defect in the package or product, could lead to the cancellation of the repayment of the amount.

Pick-up service for customers in Spain.

If you prefer, we can go to pick up the return. The cost of the service will depend on the weight of the shipping and transport agency available to do so. We can set the day and time when the carrier pass to look for the package.
