Warranty procedures

According to the current law all products purchased online have the same warranty period that any new purchased product: 2 years.

If there is a manufacturing defect, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to fix it, change it for the same new product or refund the amount paid. Normally, deadlines for processing a guarantee may take approximately 30 days.
