How do I know if my order has already been shipped?

You can check the status of an order by accessing the customer account.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent with a link with which you can start to track the package.

If you have not received this email, you can contact our Customer Care and we will provide data immediately. If your order has been processed as another vendor, you should contact him directly through its user-area-contact orders.
