The order has not arrived yet

If the order has not arrived, it can be for different reasons.
Check the estimated delivery date and status of the order in the user menu, also located in the email confirmation of the order.
If the delivery date is greater than today, do not worry, everything is going as planned.


The order has not come yet warehouse:

Once out order corresponding warehouse, an email will be sent with a link so you can track.
In the event that the deadline has passed and has not yet received the order, please contact our Service to the Customer or contact the right seller accessing your user area-orders-contact for you for more information about your order.


The order is in processing state:

If the request appears as processing is found in the corresponding store and is being prepared for shipment. Within this state can last between 1-10 days depending on the purchase.
In this case, you will receive information as soon as possible. Check your email, you probably already have our news. Alternatively please contact our Customer Care or contact the relevant Vendor through its user-area-contact orders.
Once the order leaves the warehouse, an email will be sent with a link so you can track.


The order is in shipping:

This means you are about to receive. Check your email because it will have the tracking code transport company. If you have not received the email with the information, it can also be found in the user menu of the web.
The order can be delivered between 8:00 am EST and 20:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (except holidays).
